Charlie said:

“People in our community need help now more than ever after a very tough year. This prize draw is my way of trying to bring local people together at what should be ‘the most wonderful time of the year’, but for many is one of the hardest times of the year with some people having to choose between feeding their families and heating their homes.

“This is a fun way to raise much needed funds for the Borehamwood Foodbank and my way of giving back to my local community.

“Please donate to help your neighbours!”

Entries close at midnight on Tuesday, 30 November with the winner announced very shortly afterwards, and the turkey will be delivered to the lucky winner after 22 December.

If you’d rather not have the turkey, you can still contribute to an important cause to help people in the local community who are in need.
