Children hit hardest by pandemic

The additional financial hardship that has come as a result of the pandemic, has hit families with children the hardest, with food parcels for children increasing at double the rate for adults, compared to pre-pandemic levels.

We hope to make foodbanks a thing of the past, but while people still need support, we are working hard to make sure anyone – with or without children – has enough food.

We are open twice a week offering three days’ worth of food to people in crisis.
