The Foodbank wouldn’t survive without the support of the local community and October has been a busy one!
We attended the Borehamwood Community Wellbeing Fair. It was great to talk about what we do and network with other community groups.
We’ve also been busy talking at school assemblies and collecting beautiful harvest donations from many local schools and community groups. We have loved the care and effort that has gone into all of the displays and donations. Thank you for working together to provide these generous donations.
Thanks also go to The Rotary Club of the Studios of Elstree and Borehamwood, which ran a very entertaining quiz night raising money for Borehamwood Foodbank, the Town Mayor of Elstree & Borehamwood designated charity 2022. Elstree and Borehamwood Town Mayor, Cllr Sandra Parnell, presented us with the very generous donation in October.
